How can I place an order?

Browse our products by the categories displayed on the top of the page or you can simply click on "New Arrivals" for our latest products.

Select the desired products by clicking the quick view button or product's name for a complete description and close-up images.

Choose your size and quantity, then click ADD TO CART to purchase. To view your order, hover your mouse over the SHOPPING BAG icon. Ready to pay? Just click "CHECKOUT"!

For registered shoppers, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account. For first-time shoppers, simply register a new account or check out as guest by clicking the CHECK OUT AS GUEST button.

Review the customer details and choose the shipping method and payment method that you desire and click PLACE ORDER to submit your order.



Can I cancel my order?

You cannot cancel your order after submitting it. Please review your cart carefully before submitting the order.



Why is my order cancelled?

Maximum payment for an order is 2x24 hours after the order has been placed. If the payment has not been completed after the time limit, the order will be cancelled automatically.



Is there any way to exchange/ refund the purchased item(s)?

At bajubaju.com, all purchased items are only exchangable subject to terms and conditions here.



How soon will I get my order?

After you have ordered, paid and confirmed your payment, it will take us 2-3 working days to verify your payment, pack and send your order to our shipping company. If you have any enquiries, please send us an email at office@bajubaju.com with your Order ID.
